Meet Lindsey

Lindsey Lyons brings 15 years of insurance industry experience and has spent her entire career working alongside the core team at Anchor Insurance & Risk Management. That history has given her a deep understanding of the clients and communities Anchor serves and the importance of providing consistent, trusted guidance through every stage of the relationship.

As Chief Operating Officer, Lindsey is focused on ensuring Anchor delivers an exceptional client experience while continuing to grow and evolve. She works across the organization to strengthen the people, processes, and resources that allow the team to serve clients effectively, respond to their changing needs, and build relationships that last.

For Lindsey, insurance is ultimately about people. She is passionate about making sure every client feels known, supported, and confident that they have a team committed to protecting what matters most to them.

Outside of work, Lindsey is married and the proud mom of two children. These days, much of her free time is spent cheering from the sidelines of a football or baseball field and enjoying time with her family. Lindsey and her family are also active members of their church community in Prosper, Texas.
